Mid Atlantic Regional Center (MARC) was founded by Paul P. Braungart, a leader in real estate investment, development, and structured finance with over 45 years of experience. For over four decades, Paul P. Braungart has been a driving force in U.S. real estate investment, development, and finance. As the founder of Regional Capital Group (RCG) and principal of A&B Development, Paul has directed investments totaling over $15 billion and has successfully led hundreds of commercial and residential projects across the country.

To expand the reach of Regional Capital Group’s development efforts, Paul Braungart established the Mid Atlantic Regional Center (MARC) in 2016. As a USCIS-designated regional center, MARC operates under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, offering qualified foreign investors access to carefully structured, job-creating projects. With over a decade of experience in the EB-5 space, Paul has helped coordinate more than $200 million in EB-5 capital, bringing valuable funding to real estate developments across the U.S.

Paul P. Braungart is the founder and principal of Regional Capital Group (RCG), a real estate development and investment firm with over 35 years of experience. As a lender, developer, and investment fund operator, RCG has provided capital to hundreds of real estate projects nationwide, totaling over $15 billion in project value. Today, the firm continues to expand its platform through ground-up development, strategic capital deployment, and experienced management of EB-5 regional center operations.

Paul P. Braungart
Paul P. Braungart is the founder and principal of Mid Atlantic Regional Center (MARC) and Regional Capital Group (RCG), with over 40 years of experience in real estate development, lending, and investment. Throughout his career, Paul has led numerous successful ventures across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate. Under his leadership, RCG has funded over $15 billion in project capital across a wide range of asset classes.

Paul also leads A&B Development and Regional Development Group (RDG), both of which support RCG’s active pipeline of development projects. His expertise spans acquisition, repositioning, entitlement, construction, and asset management. Prior to founding RCG, Paul served as President of Eastern Financial Resources, where he focused on real estate investment banking and turnarounds for underperforming assets.

In 2016, Paul launched MARC to facilitate EB-5 investments through projects sponsored by RCG and its affiliates. He has been active in the EB-5 space for over a decade, coordinating the investment of more than $200 million in EB-5 capital across job-creating projects.

Over the years, Paul has overseen the development and transformation of thousands of residential units, fuel and convenience store sites, retail centers, office space, and self-storage facilities. He holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Delaware.
